Warranty

Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.

Replacement

In case customer have received the product as faulty/DOA, customer should inform us immediately. If we will receive the intimation for faulty/DOA product in time, we will arrange for pick up and replacement. In other case if customer is not able to inform us about faulty/DOA product in time, in that case customer has to bear To and From charges for replacing the material. Customer can also go to nearby service centre for particular vendor. We are always there to help customer by taking product back and arranging for its replacement
